Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works for orders placed on SwiftSteam.


1) Order processing time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).


2) Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are dependant on selected shipping option.


3) Shipping rates

Shipping rates (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

Note: Any shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, except where required by law or if the return is due to our error (for example, wrong item shipped).


4) Tracking

  • Tracking is provided for most shipments.

  • Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after the label is created.

If your tracking hasn’t updated after 7 days, contact us at shopsteamandgo@gmail.com and we’ll help.


5) Address accuracy & changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If you need to change or correct your address, email us within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you may be responsible for the cost to reship.


6) Delays (carrier, weather, customs, etc.)

While we do our best to deliver quickly, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • the shipping carrier

  • severe weather

  • customs inspections or clearance

  • service disruptions, remote areas, or other transit issues

If your package seems significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll assist with next steps.


7) Lost, stolen, or missing packages

  • If tracking shows Delivered but you didn’t receive the package, please:

    1. check with household members/neighbors

    2. look for a safe-drop location around your address

    3. contact the carrier directly

If you still can’t locate it, email us at shopsteamandgo@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery scan. We’ll help you file a claim or determine the best resolution based on the situation.


8) Damaged packages/items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at shopsteamandgo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos/video of the issue

  • photos of the outer packaging (if damaged)

We’ll evaluate and make it right (replacement parts, replacement unit, or other remedy as appropriate).


9) International orders, duties & taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country. These fees are typically assessed by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.
