At SwiftSteam, we want you to feel confident trying our products. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

1) Returns (30 days)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in arriving condition, with all included parts/accessories.

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).

  • You’ll need your order number and proof of purchase.

2) How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at shopsteamandgo@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photos/video if the item is damaged or not working

If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

3) Damages, defects, or wrong item

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us at shopsteamandgo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery (include photos/video). If confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy such as:

  • Replacement parts

  • A replacement unit

  • A refund (when applicable)

4) Return shipping costs

  • If you’re returning an item due to change of mind, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • If the item is defective/damaged on arrival or you received the wrong item, we will cover return shipping (or provide another solution).

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5) Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to:

  1. Request a return for the original order (if eligible), and

  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

6) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: Typically within 10 business days after approval.

  • Banks/payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
